Assalamu Alikumm, Islam is a complete code of life and the only way of success, here and hereafter. Learning and practicing the basics of Islam from the early childhood is utmost necessity for every Muslim. But in reality, it is almost impossible for a conscious and Islamic minded guardian to get his wards educated in a real sense in our society. The reason is, almost non existence of an Institution where Islamic education in true sense is given to our innocent children alongside the present schooling system.
And as such, with a view to meet this basic need, BEACON IDEAL INSTITUTE has established its self with a group of highly educated and dedicated teachers which have already gone into action since December, 2010.
Our Objectives and Method of Teaching
- In the primary stage, National Curriculum (NCTB) is followed in English Version with a special care for Spoken English.
- Teaching recitation with ‘Tazweed’ of the Holy Quran and preparatory arrangement for Hifzul Quran.
- Teaching and motivating of basic practices of Islam by a selected Deeniyat series (Aqaid, Akhlaq, Seerat, Fiqh etc.) from South Africa and Indo-Pak publications.
- Following Tarbiyat, yearly Lesson Plan, emphasis on lesson completing during class time, conducting periodical Tests and evaluative Parents Meeting.
- Extra Curricular Activities (games, excursions, mental math, IQ and creativity competition etc.).
Our motto is ‘Better education in an Islamic environment’.
Current Status
The Institution is located in an important location (i.e. at the mid point of old and new Dhaka & adjacent to BUET, DMC and Education Board Office) and in a peaceful environment. There are seven well equipped class rooms (with PCs and toys for the kids), two reserved Maqtab room (separated for boys & girls) and a decorated office with Teachers’ space.
Already about hundred and twenty students enrolled and have been studying in six different classes: Play & Nursery, KG, Class One, Two, Three and Four. Eight experienced subject Teachers (some trained from abroad), four Hafiz-Alim & Noorani Muallim and Muallima are conducting their classes.
Parents of our students are satisfied with our services.
This Institution was initiated in a small scale by some self motivated and self financed Teachers and Islamic minded community workers at first. But now, almost all of our visitors and observers have been agreed that, it is an expandable successful model of schooling.
Future Plan
To established it as a self supported standard Primary School with Deeni Curriculum at first. Then to make it higher, i.e. up to twelve grade.
We think it is a pilot project and model for expanding Islamic School throughout the country. With the grace of Allah Ta’la, we expect, we will be able to fulfill our dream very soon Insha Allah. Ameen.
